4th of July Weekend

4th of July was a little different this year since fireworks in our area got canceled because of the recent fires. Even so, we had a fun time having lunch at Sky Park while the two boys played in the playgrounds nearby. Then off to the Miller's for dinner.

Over the weekend we had some visits from family coming to see Tyler, and a fun pancake breakfast put on by the Ben Lomond Fire Dept.

For the fourth we went to Sky Park as usual. This year the cancelled the fireworks, so it was a lot less crowded.
It was so empty, we even got a bench in the shade by the two playgrounds.
Tyler just slept through all of the 4th of July.

The next day, Dave and Dee and all the kids, and Lisa came to visit and see Tyler.

Sunday morning we went to the Ben Lomond Fire Dept's pancake breakfast, to support our hard-working firefighters!
We had our pick of plain, blueberry, or chocolate chip pancakes.
We sat in the fire station, with firefighting gear around us.
